Nobeltorget Allstars finished their second classic in one week, the Oslo Classic, a div 4 classic taking place in the neighboring country of Norway.
And in what matter they followed up their insufficient results from last week! Raoul Hamel could, after getting all the help he could, break off from the peloton in the spring and take the win!
"I'm so happy today!" Hamel says, "I went back to Monaco to rest after last week's race, feeling unhappy with what I, myself could perform. Today I really showed to myself that I really can do all that I knew I could! The team gave me all the support I could ask for, they ran the perfect race for me, and I therefore got the best possible opportunity to take the win home for us. This is really the greatest team effort I have seen with my own eyes" he finishes.
The manager, gronalund are equally happy. "We did better than I would have hoped. There were some really strong teams, that I though would beat us, but we held out. It's our first classic, and it really feels amazing! I know, Hamel did good today, but I really think that the whole team performed above expectations today!" he says, before continuing to soak the cheering crowd in champagne.
